Draft — pending legal review

The short version

You write confessions anonymously. They are stored without your account attached and cannot be linked back to you by other users. We never sell your data. There are no ads, no profiles, and no messaging.

What we collect

How anonymity works

When you submit, our server derives a one-way token from your account using a secret key that never leaves our server. Only that token — never your account ID — is stored with the confession. Other users can never identify you.

Honest limitation: the operator, holding that secret, can re-derive the link between an account and its confessions — and must, to honour deletion requests. We restrict this to deletion and legally compelled disclosure.

Third parties

Confession text is processed by an AI provider for safety checks and matching before it is stored. Hosting and the database are provided by Supabase. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising.

Child safety

This service is for adults 18+. We run automated detection for child sexual abuse material on every submission and report apparent CSAM to the relevant authorities (e.g. NCMEC) as required by law.

Crisis content

If a submission indicates a crisis, it is not published or matched — you are shown support resources instead. We are not a crisis service and do not dispatch emergency responders.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data. Deleting your account erases your account, confessions, and history from our servers (purchase records are retained by the app stores for billing; CSAM reports and crisis records may be retained where the law requires). Contact nani.ajay@gmail.com.
